Please ensure that you complete your ticket registration as soon as possible. Early registration of tickets will allow you to access the startup database, to plan your schedule and get your profile added to the Web Summit website.
If you do not know who you are assigning your tickets to you can “snooze” your ticket and return to it at a later date.
Need to reassign a ticket? It is possible to reassign (change the name on) your tickets if someone can no longer attend. Please note, only active investors may attend on the investor track.
You will find your ticket in the “My ticket” section of the Web Summit app. You can check out the video below to see how to find your ticket.

A Web Summit investor ticket grants you access to exclusive investor networking events, as well as all stage and floor content between November 5 and 7. As an investor, you are also welcome to join attendees at the Web Summit networking events and Night Summit parties. An Executive ticket includes all of the above and access to a VIP Networking Lounge (Partners Lounge), as well as the speaker networking events. A Chairperson ticket will include all of the above plus access to the speakers lounge. There is no need to print your ticket. You will register on arrival to Web Summit using our attendee app, downloadable on the App Store and Google Play. You will find your ticket within the app.
If your phone doesn’t support our app, you can access your registration QR code through my.websummit.com. Just use your booking reference and email address to log in and either present the QR code on your phone screen, or print it off before you arrive. If you have any trouble logging in, please contact tickets@websummit.com.
You can get a full refund if you cancel your ticket within 14 days of booking. We have a strict no refunds policy after this date. If you have secured a complimentary ticket but have already bought a ticket, you are not eligible for a refund. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
As specified in our terms and conditions, you cannot sell your Web Summit ticket. Tickets found to have been resold will be voided and the owner will be denied entry. This also applies to our subsidised tickets (e.g. women in tech, open source).
This short video will guide you through the simple process of reassigning your ticket. Please note, subsidised tickets such as women in tech, young entrepreneur, loyalty, and open source can only be reassigned within the first 30 days after purchase. You can find your invoice in your ticket confirmation email. You would have received this after you purchased. If you cannot locate your invoice, you can email tickets@websummit.com for assistance.

No, each ticket is valid to be used by one person only for the duration of the conference.
After you have purchased your ticket you will be sent your ticket information by email. You need to complete registration in order for the ticket to be used. You can reassign your ticket to someone else if you can no longer make it.
Please include your photo when you register your ticket along with your job title ,fund name and location. If you forget to do this you can email your photo in .jpeg format to investors@websummit.com.
The Web Summit app will be available closer to the event and can then be downloaded from the App Store or the Google Play store. Just use your booking reference and email address to log in and present the QR code on your phone screen and photo ID when you arrive. If you have any trouble logging in, please contact info@websummit.com.
Your ticket is in your app in the form of a QR code. To gain access to the event, you will need to download the Web Summit app from the Google Play Store or the App Store (if you do not use a smartphone you can approach ticket support at registration where our staff will assist you).
To access the app, please enter your email and your booking reference code. Your QR code can be found within the app in the “More” section under registration.
You must present your QR code and a photo ID at registration to receive your accreditation.

Yes, you can collect your accreditation at the speaker desk at the main registration in the Enercare Centre. The registration desk will be open from 12pm to 8.30pm on Monday, May 20 and from 8am to 5.30pm on Tuesday, May 21, Wednesday, May 22 and Thursday, May 23.
